The MAIN TOWER is part of the skyline of Frankfurt am Main. Opened in 1999, it is one of the four tallest skyscrapers in Germany with a height of 200 meters and 55 floors.To further improve energy efficiency, a comprehensive modernization of the building control system as well as the building and room automation was started in 2022. As an integration platform for the new and existing systems, the BACnet-compliant Niagara controller SBS JACE 8N4 from the OAS Smart Building Solutions series is being tested.

The Favoriteschule Kuppenheim, located 5 km east of Rastatt, is a typical school complex, where the OAS "Smart Room System" is used in addition to other OAS Smart Building Solutions (SBS).

The heterogeneous building automation of the legendary Grandhotel in Baden-Baden was integrated into a new control technology using BACnet® and our software and hardware components. As an integration platform, OAS provided the BACnet®-compliant Niagara controllers "OAS SBS JACE 8N4 IoT - automation and integration platform" from its Smart Building Solutions series. The BACnet® standard plays a crucial role in the project for migration and integration.
Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa is a luxurious five-star hotel operated by the bOetker Hotel Group in Germany. The luxury hotel in Baden-Baden, acquired by the Oetker family in 1941, offers guests 104 hotel rooms and lavish suites, three restaurants and a spacious spa area in the adjacent Villa Stéphanie.

The quarter is grouped around a large piazza with a hotel with 130 rooms and suites, a medical centre with 15 specialist practices, a multi-family residential building and an integrated two-storey underground car park with 200 parking spaces. All rooms and suites of the design hotel have an integrated room management system that interacts intelligently and homogeneously with all building services trades and among the room automation components. As part of the current energy optimisation measures, the system is being expanded to include Niagara-based load management for the entire cooling technology. The heart of the automation is a Tridium Niagara JACE® 8000 controller.
