System Maintenance in line with AMEV standard
Meticulously planning, organizing and documenting system maintenance is paramount for both the customer and the service technician. OAS and ProSystems have developed a cloud-based portal solution for the maintenance of building services, that is in line with AMEV. A simple adaptation to other technical trades is possible. The OAS Maintenance Management System (MMS) gives more transparency, more security and simplifies handling. It supports and streamlines the entire maintenance process and creates additional added value for all OAS customers.
Public sector clients require maintenance contracts to be in line with the AMEV standard. With the MMS, OAS offers its customers a tool that supports all necessary processes – from the creation of work cards to the assignment of performance indexes for all component and facility parts to the management and execution of physical maintenance. A to-do list is created for each component according to the performance indexes as per AMEV, which is used to carry out physical maintenance. In this way, weak points are detected at an early stage, failures are avoided and operational reliability is increased.
The MMS solution overcomes all the disadvantages of manual maintenance documentation, specifies clear, standardized processes and supports the service technician with all the information about the property and the components concerned on site. In addition, the maintenance status can be tracked live. Dates of existing maintenance or service contracts are easier to plan in advance and coordinated with customers. All data and information is managed in the data center. Data access is possible via the portal solution regardless of location.
