SBS Smart Building Solutions from OAS. Under SBS we understand intelligent building automation solutions, like our powerful configuration tools for integrators and tech-nical building equipment /building planners. From the se-ries of different configurators we are introducing in the fol-lowing the data point type and demand oriented configura-tor for automation solutions with I/O field bus modules. With this tool, IO-oriented automation solutions with SBS I/O fieldbus modules can be freely configured.
First, the project data is created in the configurator - for each controller individually. Or, after sending the request, you have the option of configuring additional controllers in the same project, whereby the project data you entered is adopted.
Structured by data point types according to DIN EN ISO 16484-3 the need for data points is entered. On this basis, the configurator calculates the number of required I/O modules, the total number of external IOs, the IO reserve and specifies the minimum required automation platform. Optionally, various touch panels and web visualization can be added. As a result, the configurator provides an illustrated parts list and the final price.
