Less is always more with OAS. With the SBS JACE 8N4 we offer a uniform, scalable and powerful automation platform as well as carefully selected, intelligent fieldbus and expansion modules.

The SBS JACE 8N4 from OAS is a uniform platform for all tasks in infrastructure, energy and building services engineering. It forms the solid basis for your new or existing TGA system or network and is scalable at any time, from the simplest to highly complex integration, management and automation solutions, thanks to the Tridium licensing model.

The SBS JACE 8N4 is the foundation of open systems - for standardized automation solutions as well as for complex individual applications. The OAS controller from the Smart Building Solutions (SBS) series is a development based on the tridium JACE 8000 and Niagara 4. Its performance goes far beyond conventional room and building automation. With a large selection of integration interfaces, toolkits, drivers, connectors and utilities, e.g. according to the BACnet® standard, LON- Mark, SNMP, Modbus up to IoT solutions and IoT services such as JSON and MQTT, it already meets all requirements for the digitalization of the entire infrastructure, energy and building technology.   

The costs are also scalable. The customer only pays for what he needs. The number of data points, the number of hardware and software interfaces and drivers, as well as the services that can be booked for software and maintenance rights (SMA) can be selected as required, thus forming the corresponding costs.

• The JACE hardware as a basic unit always has a uniform basic price for each application and expansion stage. Two basic types are available at the same price, one with and one without WLAN function.
• Next, the core license is selected. Determine the number of devices to be integrated and select the appropriate volume license according to data point requirements. License extensions can be purchased at any time should your needs and the system technology change. There are 6 core licenses available in the following steps:
  • NC-8100P: JACE-8000 Core & 100 Proxy Points
  • NC-8005: Core & 250 Proxy Points
  • NC-8010: Core & 500 Proxy Points
  • NC-8025: Core & 1250 Proxy Points
  • NC-8100: Core & 5000 Proxy Points
  • NC-8200:Core & 10000 Proxy Points

• With an additional option, the core licenses can be changed at any time according to your at data points or devices and the growing requirements. 
  • E.g. selected additional option: 50 DEVICE UPGRADE Additional 2500 Proxy Point Capacity Pack
• Basically the SMA is mandatory for 18 months with the core license and is already included with OAS. Alternatively, three years or five years can be chosen. These three options can be extended by one year with the +1 option before expiration.
