With the "smart room system" OAS offers a multi-purpose system for individual room control with interfaces to operating devices, displays and IoT base stations. The "smart room system" from the OAS Smart Building Solutions (SBS) series is suitable for applications with central building automation: Schools, hotels, office and administration buildings, and residential buildings.
Integrated into an existing building automation system, the "smart room system" can be conveniently controlled via smartphone, tablet or PC. Interfaces for radio or two-wire technology and IP communication are implemented, numerous inputs and outputs offer the connection of MSR and other devices as well as the integration of the room automation into existing systems.
OAS presents the "smart room system", a universal room automation system for individual room control. It combines highest user comfort with the possibility for individual energy-efficient temperature control in each room. The room climate can be set from mobile devices, but also from a PC. Intelligent zone controls are set up with a system manager.
IoT base stations, room control units and drive units for valve controls are offered, which can be freely combined with each other. The base station can also be integrated into home networks with an optionally available Ethernet interface.
The IoT base station is an all-in-one solution for any application. It has been created for use in smart buildings. With an open XML interface, it can be optimally integrated into existing systems and new buildings. Bidirectional communication is made possible via a two-wire bus system or 868 MHz radio technology, depending on the version.
Through the modular design of hardware and software, the "smart room system" is simple to expand and adapt to meet changing requirements.
